The selection process takes account of the characteristics of the clothes and how worn out they are, in order to divide them up into five macro categories, specifically defined using the following terminology:
CREAM
EXTRA
SECOND
RAGS
Accessories are also selected and divided into:
SHOES
BAGS
BELTS
Once they have been divided into these categories, the items are packaged according to the various requirements of both Italian and foreign markets (35 kg boxes, 25 kg bags, large bales, pressed bales, small pressed bales, etc.).
